About the Contract Management Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Contract Management Specialist to join our team in Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to manage complex construction contracts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Administration: Manage contract administration, including contractual claims, disputes, and variations.
  • Tender Evaluation: Evaluate tenders, including pricing structures, procurement schedules, and risk assessments.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Commercial Management: Conduct regular commercial reviews to ensure all budgetary aspects of projects are managed effectively, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • A strong background in contract management, with experience in managing complex construction contracts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
