Job Title: Mobile Contract Supervisor

 

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Contract Supervisor to join our maintenance team in Whitehaven, Cumbria.

The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sub-contractors on site, ensuring works meet required standards while adopting safe working practices.
  • Assist in contract order negotiations, following company policies for cost-effective and efficient results.
  • Foster robust 'risk management' processes and procedures.
  • Prepare Risk Assessments and produce Method Statements for site works.
  • Monitor quality audits of completed work.
  • Implement health & safety (H&S), quality assurance (QA), and environmental policies in conjunction with corporate teams.
  • Identify and obtain essential spares to maintain clients' facilities, ordering through appropriate channels.
  • Ensure planned maintenance is programmed and completed with the client for 100% compliance.
  • Provide associated services within project facilities, including plumbing, statutory inspections, and minor works projects.

 

Requirements
  • Relevant electrical qualifications, ideally HNC level or higher.
  • Proven experience in building maintenance, fault finding, and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read, understand, and diagnose faults using as-installed drawings, schedules, and contract specifications.
  • Full driving license.
  • Competent knowledge of IT packages, including CAFM and work order management platforms.

 

Compensation Package

£45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
