Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Professional to support our client. This role involves providing training and capacity building support remotely, with 4 days worked from home and 1 day on-site in Calderbridge, Cumbria.
Key Responsibilities:- Support business operations through the design and delivery of learning solutions
- Administer learning and development programs to support organizational strategy and maximize capability
- Extract, record, and present information from Personal Development Plans to identify capability and L&D needs
- Liaise with external training providers to source high-quality learning experiences
- Assist and support the development and coordination of Career Pathways to enhance employee growth
- Provide administrative support to the Mentoring Scheme and advise on pairing
- Produce management information to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and recommend improvements
- CIPD L5 or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience working as an L&D Professional
- Knowledge and understanding of Nuclear Site Licence Conditions
The contract for this position is for 6 months with potential to extend, operating inside IR35. The estimated salary for this role is £24 per hour, reflecting the company's commitment to fair compensation.
