Learning and Development Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Strategist to lead our efforts in implementing and developing training programmes across the site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for direct impact on site performance and culture.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Learning and Development Leadership role, ideally within a FMCG | Food manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for implementing various training projects, leading the site apprenticeship scheme, and working closely with the Divisional L&D Head.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing Learning and Development strategies, programmes, and training across the site.
- Leading and coaching the site training team.
- Managing the site apprenticeship scheme.
- Collaborating with the Divisional L&D Head on various training projects.
You will need:
- Prior experience in a Learning and Development Leadership role, ideally within a FMCG | Food manufacturing industry.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
