**Clinical Professional Development Lead Opportunity**
The Pears Cumbria School of Medicine is seeking an experienced Clinical Professional Development Lead to support the development and delivery of interactive learning events. As a key member of our academic staff, you will work closely with module and subject leads to design and deliver innovative education experiences for graduate-entry medical students.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver interactive learning events in clinical skills and professional practice
- Support the creation and review of educational material, including learning outcomes and assessment criteria
- Collaborate with module and subject leads to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions
**Benefits**
This full-time, fixed-term position offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous pension scheme and 39 days off per year.
