Healthcare Professional Lead

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering care services to our residents. You will oversee the planning, management, and monitoring of nursing care, ensuring that it meets the individual needs of our residents.
You will work closely with our care teams to develop person-centered care plans and implement risk assessments. Your strong leadership skills and ability to build relationships with local regulators and social services will be essential in this role.
To be successful in this position, you must be a registered nurse with a current NMC registration. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is crucial, as is an up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.
The estimated salary for this role is £68,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary, a range of benefits, including NMC registration paid every year, free training and development, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a rewards package.
