Role Description

As a key member of our team, the Temporary Bid and Tender Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring all required documentation for tenders is complete. This is a temporary position with a minimum duration of 3-5 months, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals with project management experience or administration background to develop their skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Tender data collection and preparation: You will be responsible for gathering and preparing all necessary information for tenders, ensuring timely submission.
  • Task prioritization and organization: With multiple projects running concurrently, you must be able to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaboration and communication: Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you will work closely with our team members to ensure all tasks are completed within set timeframes.

Requirements

Salary Range
