**Main Duties**
- General administration
- Answering phone calls (switchboard)
- Welcoming and greeting guests (operating door entry)
- Data entry
- Filing
- Checking post box and distributing mail
- Collating information (Weekly staff timesheets, subcontractor invoices, labour records, vehicle check sheets).
- Distributing paperwork to Contract Managers for approval by the deadline.
- Issuing Supervisor Paperwork Log
- Administration support for Contract Managers
- Scheduling vehicle repairs and servicing
- Organising and booking accommodation
- Monitoring and downloading all snag lists and sharing them with the operations team
- Supporting the Operations, Commercial and Finance teams
- Undertake other duties that are required from time to time commensurate with this position.

**Benefits**
- £24,000 per annum
- 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays
- Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm, Friday 8.30am - 4pm
