Hours: 37 Hours per Week, Monday - Friday

PURPOSE OF ROLE:


In this role, you will be working in the Health & Safety department to support team members with all aspects of administration.

You will be quality-focussed, have strong communication skills and able to work on your own initiative with a passion and personal excellence to ensure a quality administration service is delivered at all times.


What you will do:

  • Support with the management with the administration of the Group Management Systems to ensure compliance
  • Ensure all mandatory training for employees is recorded and managed within the Health and Safety Management System and kept up to date
  • Provide reports/analysis/statistics on a regular basis
  • Assist with the Contractor Management data, ensuring it is kept up to date in line with the Group Systems, sending out forms as required
  • Assist with the Group Document Control System
  • Influence and build strong relationships with people around the business, confidently and positively challenging working practices where appropriate
  • Lead by example at all times, always encouraging a positive safety culture

Requirements:


Experience in an office/administration environment and with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is advantageous but training will be given where required.
