Administrator - Carlisle

Location: pladis Carlisle

**Salary**: £11.11 per hour

Contract: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day (to be agreed)

Hygiene Group Ltd. carry out plant, high-level, production, and facilities cleaning requirements for pladis in Carlisle. Reporting to the Hygiene Compliance Manager, the Administrator role will support a range of cleaning and hygiene related systems, ensuring that all necessary documentation is available, correctly completed and stored so as to help provide due diligence for the cleaning processes.

Key Accountabilities & deliverables
- Self-starter that can work off own initiative. Key support to all hygiene related tasks.
- Work alongside Hygiene Compliance Team Manager to review cleaning work instructions and associated pladis cleaning documentation.
- Take complete ownership of the banked hours KPI and report weekly. In conjunction with the third-party cleaning company.
- Be fully conversant with the pladis ways of working i.e. group purchase order tracking.
- Place orders on the SAP system as required
- Support/ implement the development of a budget control document that ensures all spends are within their individual budgets on a monthly basis.
- Liase with suppliers to chase orders, arrange servicing and repairs for equipment when required.
- In conjunction with team, review spends to look at potential for savings and efficiency opportunities.

Along with previous administrative experience you will also require:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive and approachable manner
- A high standard of work ethics and an enthusiasm for a varied working environment
- PC literate in Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Office, particularly Word & Excel and SAP
- Sound numerical skills & understanding

Full training will be given on company systems & procedures.

Experience of cleaning and/or the food manufacturing environment would be an added advantage.
