This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join our well-established client on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, hybrid working, office located in LE19, South Leicestershire.

Part of a fast-paced Operations team, you will be responsible for administering and coordinating assessment papers, ensuring papers are formatted and attention to detail maintained throughout, meeting required deadlines.

**Key tasks for the Administration Officer include**:

- Developing, maintaining and updating of assessment papers
- Using MS Word to format papers
- Using templates for create 1st draft of papers
- Checking papers for accuracy (spelling, grammar etc)
- Scheduling in MS Teams calls with internal and external colleagues
- Being present on Teams calls to edit papers in real time
- Upload papers onto Sharepoint
- Maintain and update databases
- Update work instructions
- Resolve queries

**Skills and experience required for the role of Administration Officer**:

- Accuracy and attention to detail skills
- Excellent organisation with ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Confident communication skills
- Excellent level of English literacy (grammar, spelling etc)
- Proficient in MS Word and Outlook
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Hardworking, self-motivated, can work on own initiative

Hours 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, 35 hours/week

During training, required to attend the office 1 day/week for face-to-face training; rest of working week can be office or home based to suit

Interviews to be held on 5th March 2024

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £25,311.00 per year
