**Zog Solutions**, is a midlands-based SAAS solutions company that provides the full set of digital capabilities required by energy suppliers.
We are excited to be building a new dynamic brand and continuing to enhance our SAAS products and services. Due to rapid growth we are recruiting into a number of posts across our company. To this end we are pleased to announce that we are looking to fill the following position/s in our vibrant team.

**Summary**:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Office Administrator to undertake administrative tasks for the team and ensure that our technical and senior staff have adequate support to work efficiently.
The office administrator will ensure the smooth running of our offices and companys key administrative processes to enable team members to deliver an effective and efficient service for our clients needs.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc., for Senior Leadership Team
- Manage employee work related travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
- Management of staff sickness, absence, annual leave, and study leave.
- Manage expense claim processes and procedures with our shared services providers for HR, Payroll and I.T. matters.
- Assist with the update and maintenance of Employee Handbooks, policies, induction records, appraisal records and process documents.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals and ad-hoc tasks when assigned
- Update internal systems, databases and spreadsheets, as required to assist in the flow of key data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders, when necessary,
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
**Skills and experience required**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or similar.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and simple book keeping
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and experience using a variety of company systems to handle expenses and HR matters..
- Office administration qualifications desirable, but not essential
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicants must have an existing right to work in the UK
**Qualifications**
- Essential:
- A Levels or equivalent
- GCSE Grade c/4 or equivalent in English and Maths Desirable:
- Degree or diploma
- Intermediate level MS Office Skills particularly Excel
**This employment package**:
**Salary**: £17,000 - £25,000 DOE
**Term**: Full Time and permanent
**Location**: Leicester/Hybrid and may require occasional travel to other offices.
