Order Processing Administrator

We are recruiting for an experienced Order Processing Administrator, the basic salary is £22k plus a HUGE BONUS paid annually, as the Sales Order Administrator you will work Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm based in Broughton Astley to be part of an existingteam, This is an exciting time to join our rapidly growing and developing E-Commerce Business.
As the Order Processing Administrator your duties are listed below
- Ensuring all phone calls are answered professionally.
- Processing customer's orders through our Magento E-Commerce website.
- Calling customers back within an agreed timescale
- Preparing quotations within company procedures
- Following up all quotations within 24 hours.
- Following through orders if you have made a concrete agreement.
- Effectively communicating with suppliers, couriers and other branches.
- Dealing with problems in a prompt and efficient manner resulting in the best customer experience.
- Processing refunds through our systems.
To be successful as the Order Processing Administrator we are looking for the following
- Desire to succeed and wanting to earn more money.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Good telephone manner.
- Needs to be able to demonstrate understanding the customer's needs.
- Organised
- Able to prioritise and ask for help if deadlines are not going to be hit
- Good decision making skills
