**Job Description as the Administrator**:
**Key Responsibilities as the Administrator**
- Purchase Order Management: Create, review, and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- General Administration
- Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet organizational needs.
- Vendor Relationship: Cultivate positive relationships with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Dealing with questions and queries
- Cost Tracking: Monitor and report on purchasing costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including logistics and finance, to ensure a seamless procurement process.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality concerns.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the purchasing function.
