Our client based 6 miles south of Leicester is seeking an Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm.

As Administrator, you will be responsible for answering the telephone, transferring calls, taking messages, generating invoices, processing timesheets, submitting warranty claims, verifying purchase orders, processing credit / debit card payments, petty cash, banking, maintaining sickness and holiday reports, postal duties, monitoring stock and stationery, filing and supporting administration.

To be considered for the Administrator position, you will have strong all round administrative experience and will have experience working in a similar role where you have dealt with invoicing, banking and general administration in a service type environment. Own transport recommended.
