**About Our Client**:
This reputable construction business has seen significant growth over the last year so is looking for additional administrative support within the service and operations department. The business is a market leading company within the residential construction sector.

As an Administrator you will:

- Maintain the internal CRM system, this will include updating customer details and logging information where needed
- Assisting with processing of invoices to external customers
- Work alongside customer service advisors to process sales, input details into the CRM system and log any new documentation related to customer accounts
- Use Excel to process information and keep track of customer related data
- General administrative support throughout the department

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Administrator will have:

- Previous experience in an administration role where they were required to process and input large amounts of data
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be confident using Microsoft Office including Excel
- Previous experience using a CRM system is desirable
- Be pro-active and a self motivator
