**About Us**

**The Role**

As **Office Administrator,** you will be responsible for efficiently inputting information into our CRM, and ensuring accurate and timely data flow to our bookkeepers. You will also be in charge of managing spreadsheets related to invoicing, contractor hours and purchasing records, working closely with our external accounting function. Harnessing cutting-edge specialist software, you will powerfully streamline the process of uploading purchases and expenses into our advanced accounting software. As a vital member of our team, you will also take charge of managing internal commissions and proactively resolving client account queries.

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to;
- Sending weekly timesheets to the client
- Management of Temporary Worker's holiday allowance
- Inputting new starters onto CRM and ensuring fully compliant
- Collate hours and input them onto the system
- Paying supplier's invoices and adding clients on XERO Accounting Software
- Calculate the totals on Sales & Costs for each revenue stream
- Making Pension contributions / Deductions (DWP, Council, CSA)
- Updating reports for management

As a successful individual, you are likely to have significant experience in the following...
- 2-year minimum experience in a senior administration role
- 1 year plus of working on a CRM and/or Accounting Software
- The ability to see a job through from start to finish, a completer finisher
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Positive attitude to getting involved in different projects
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Loves spreadsheets and data
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the recruitment industry.
