**Job summary**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our small team working within a unique organisation to support the management of highly committed RAF Medical Reservists at home and overseas.

Requests to work flexibly and/or part time will be considered, taking into account business needs. Please note the salary will be pro-rata where part time hours are undertaken.

This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.

**Job description**:
You will be required to maintain of the Global Establishment Table: flexing positions to various units to enable effective recruitment, monitoring workforce levels and generating regular statistics and reports on behalf of the Medical Force Commander. To achieve this you will:

- Administer and coordinate the global establishment database, ensuring it is up to date at all times.
- Liaise with HQ RAF Reserves, Reserve Medical units and recruiting specialists as required.
- Process establishment changes and position allocations in order to maximise the effectiveness of our people.
- Generate accurate monthly reports and statistical returns using standardised templates.
- Identify trends and areas of concern across the RAF Medical Reserve Global Establishment.
- Provide generic office support to the wider team.

This job role may be suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace (the permanent duty station, RAF Wittering), which is based on business assessment of where the work is best done and working from home as a personal choice. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.

**Person specification**:
You will need to have good interpersonal skills and experience with all aspects of the Microsoft Office package.

It is crucial that you have a solid understanding of Excel.

Knowledge of JPA, SLIM, and the SuperUser role is desirable, but can be taught during induction if required.
