Administrative duties to support all departments, such as data entry and record keeping, or other similar activities for the success of the business.
- Purchase ledger duties including creating and issuing Purchase Orders.
- HR administration tasks including onboarding process and maintenance of personnel files.
- Maintain trackers of equipment maintenance, legal compliance tasks, timesheets, and work orders.
- Maintain office stationery inventories, place orders, and co-ordinate office equipment maintenance.
- Co-ordinate schedules for company events/training (inc. booking travel, hotels and refreshments).

**Required Skills**:

- Experience in performing multiple administrative tasks in an office environment.
- Reliable and efficient output with a strong work ethic and readiness to help.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective written and verbal communication with courteous telephone etiquette.
- Positive professional personality with strong interpersonal skills.
