We are recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join us on a full-time permanent contract. This role will be based in Peterborough and there may be travel to other Buckles office within the UK.
**The role purpose**:
You will be working closely with the Facilities Manager to support them with all administrative elements for the facilities team.
**Responsibilities**:
Working under close supervision and direction of the Facilities Manager and supporting with all aspect of the Facilities team including but not limited to:
- Maintaining, and updating all documentation related to facility management processes and procedures.
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of facility services, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
- Maintaining relationships for facility-related services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Conducting regular inspections to assess facility conditions and address any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
- Responding to employee inquiries and concerns related to facility services in a timely and professional manner via in house systems.
- Front of house cover on an ad hoc basis to ensure sufficient front of house presence is available at all times.
- Communicating with internal employees and external stakeholders and key contacts on a regular basis, always delivering a professional level of communication.
**Skills / Experience**:
- Previous experience in facilities administration.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Focus on delivering high-quality services.
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing office related issues.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments would be desirable. Knowledge of health and safety regulations would be desirable.
