Administration Officer

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team and providing excellent administrative support to our team. This is a part time, flexible hour contract, working from the comforts of your home.
Our Company operates within an educational setting, working in local primary schools as an external provider.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in organising meetings, submissions of forms, payments and invoices.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and assessments accordingly.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and file management
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and collaboration
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
**Experience**:
- Experience in bookkeeping and quick books**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week
