About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator Specialist to assist with document control, Health & Safety support, procurement, and general office administration in Luton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining document control procedures, ensuring version control and document compliance. They will also provide administrative support to project managers, site teams, and the wider office team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage, organise, and maintain project-related documents, ensuring all records are properly filed, up-to-date, and accessible.
  2. Implement and maintain document control procedures, ensuring version control and document compliance.
  3. Assist project teams with document preparation, distribution, and tracking for all commercial projects.
  4. Provide administrative support to project managers, site teams, and the wider office team.

Requirements and Benefits

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction or commercial project sectors.
  • Great organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with document management systems.
  • A competitive salary based on experience, estimated at £28K-£32K per annum.
