Sales Enablement Lead

**What you’ll do**:
- Develop and execute the sales enablement strategy specifically tailored to the Microsoft portfolio, by engaging with sales teams across all the OpCos in various segments.
- Design and deliver engaging sales training programs and workshops to equip sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to effectively sell Microsoft solutions across different OpCos and market segments.
- Collaborate with the internal content team and portfolio marketing to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and training materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of Microsoft products and solutions.
- Manage internal sales enablement platforms, ensuring that content is kept up to date and that sales teams are actively using them
- Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks to track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed to drive continuous improvement.
- Work on cross-function projects on a quarterly basis with close collaboration with other GTM teams, Product, Marketing and partners.
**Who you are**:
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, business development or related roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement strategies and programs.
- Understanding of Microsoft products, solutions, and ecosystem, with previous experience working directly with Microsoft technologies and partners
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive projects to completion on time and within budget.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization and simplify messages to be delivered to sales representatives.
- Passion for coaching and developing sales talent, with a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
