My client based in Thame is looking for a
**Claims Administrator** to join their fast growing team On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for the assessment, costing and authorisation or rejection of claims. This role involves dealing with policy holders, dealers, and repairers over the telephone, ensuring all queries are dealt with in a timely manner.

Duties will involve:

- To decide on claims approval or refusal by assessing the submitted claim, checking the quotation, checking if it's covered or not, and giving justification for the approval or rejection
- Deal with technical relationships with repairers and garages, ensuring that further information or evidence is requested and received if required
- Ensure that all approvals are costed correctly and validated in accordance with the coverage, and all rejections are communicated clearly to the relevant parties involved

**Technical knowledge of motor vehicles or a mechanical background is essential for this role.**

In return my client offers an excellent benefits package which include 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, pension scheme and free on site parking.

This position is Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
