**Role - Operations Administrator**

**Location - Thame, Oxfordshire**

**Salary - £24,000 per annum**

**Contract - Full time, permanent**

**Main Duties of Operations Administrator -**
- Collaborating closely with Account Managers, Retail Operations Manager, and Retail Operations colleagues to fulfill all administrative tasks related to Retail Activities and achieve predetermined targets effectively
- Overseeing the field recruitment system to ensure all activities are fully scheduled with the necessary skill sets according to the activity type
- Coordinating with the BI team to ensure that the data capture system and BI reporting deliver the necessary outputs
- Managing field wages, expense claims, and data collected from the field team
- Demonstrating professional, efficient, and appropriate communication and conduct with field personnel, head office staff, clients, and suppliers at all times
- Undertaking additional responsibilities as needed, while contributing positively as a team member by offering ideas and suggestions for continuous business improvement

**Key Requirements of Operations Administrator -**
- Previous Administrative experience
- Familiarity with database and reporting systems would be advantageous
- Skilled in multitasking due to prior experience
- Demonstrating problem-solving abilities
- Exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
- Being well-organized, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team, even under pressure
- Desirable to have 1 year of experience in Field Marketing or a related field
