**Role - Administrator**
**Location - Thame, Oxfordshire**
**Salary - £24,000 - £27,000 DOE**
**Contract - Full time, permanent - 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30**
**Main Duties of Administrator -**
- Handling inbound calls, directing them to appropriate staff, and welcoming visitors to the company premises
- Collaborating with the Warehouse and Office teams for smooth operations
- Managing daily tasks like generating dispatch labels from spreadsheets, handling orders, and tracking PODs
- Supporting team efforts in meeting deadlines for various projects and assisting Account Directors in project delivery
- Maintaining company stock records using Warehouse management systems
- Aiding the Transport Team by answering calls and assisting callers, drivers, depots, and customers
- Assisting with additional projects and adhoc tasks as needed, with flexibility to transition between tasks efficiently
**Key Essentials of Administrator -**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Confident in handling telephone communications
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Adept at fostering positive relationships with both clients and colleagues
- Exceptional at managing time effectively
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Maintains a positive attitude in all situations
- Eager to learn and advance professionally
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
