**About the Role**

We have an exciting new opportunity for an individual to join our growing Central Service Department at our Milton Common (Thame) Head Office, within the Warranty team in a Trainee role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a highly successful and growing organisation, with huge future career potential for the right person

Working within our small and friendly Warranty team, your key role is to process a targeted amount of John Deere Warranty claims, with the purpose being to ensure all Warranty KPIs and deadlines are met to maximise profitability.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Prepare and process warranty claims (John Deere) in an accurate and timely fashion whilst ensuring no penalties are incurred in accordance with Manufacturer warranty deadlines
- Liaise with job managers and technicians in order to obtain the correct information for the warranty claim processing
- Obtain failed parts to be returned to John Deere upon their request
- Ensure Warranty work in progress is kept in line with company targets and that no claims fall into time penalty
- Work with Management to complete timely internal audits as required

**About You**

You will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Very strong IT skills with the ability to enable them to process a high volume of claims
- A “Can-Do” attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- The ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines

No previous Warranty or Claims Handler experience is required as this is a trainee role - it is more important that we find someone with strong administrative skills and an enthusiastic approach to work

**About the Package**

Basic salary in the region of £25,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience, 20 days holiday increasing by 1 day for each completed year of service up to a maximum of 25 days (plus Bank Holidays), company pension, bonus scheme, employee discount, cycle to work scheme and financial planning service.

**Hours and place of work**

8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, Milton Common Head Office (OX9 2NZ)
