Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
- Assist with the administration of policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Take minutes of internal meetings and ensure timely distribution to relevant parties.
- Manage and reconcile receipt of payments, including Direct Debit collections and Credit Control processes.
- Process payments, maintain petty cash, and process expense claims.
- Sort and distribute daily post, franking, and take outgoing post to the Post Office.
- Minimum 2 years' administrative experience.
- Education to at least A-Level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including telephone manner.
- High professional standards, including attention to detail, reliability, and accuracy.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Proficient knowledge of IT and accounting software, such as Xero.
- Competitive salary of £24,000 FTE.
- Opportunity to join a small, friendly team in a lovely modern office.
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holiday.
- Working hours - 9-5 with 1 hour for lunch.
