Sales Office Coordinator

About the Role:
Downtown Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Sales Admin Assistant to join their team. As a Sales Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and emails, supporting the sales team, and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Supporting the sales team
- Order taking and processing
- Liaising with yard staff for loading/unloading outgoing and incoming orders
- Assisting collection of orders by customers
- General administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the sales office
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with experience in a sales office and a good level of numeracy
- Previous experience with the building trade and a background in sales administration desired although not essential as training will be given
- Own transport required due to location
What We Offer:
- Working hours are 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday with a half hour lunch
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
- £26,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
