Job Title: Logistics Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
Veolia WTS is seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our facility. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of efficiency and quality in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and dispatching sales and service orders
• Receiving, booking in, inspecting, and storing components
• Loading and unloading goods vehicles, and moving stock around the site safely
• Liaising with transport companies and couriers
• Raising, issuing, and completing Works Orders using company ERP system
• Undertaking checks and inspections on tools, machinery, and PPE
• Advising Procurement Officer of any shortages and Operations Manager of potential delays
• Maintaining good communication across all departments
• Following and improving quality procedures and work instructions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a logistics or production environment
• Familiarity with ISO processes and procedures
• Proficiency in using ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting
• Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading tasks
• Problem-solving skills and ability to suggest process improvements
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
