At Field Sales Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Journey Planning Specialist to join our Ferrero Operations team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a multi-award-winning Field Marketing Agency, partnering with leading brands to drive business growth.

As a Journey Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient territory and journey planning across the Ferrero account, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the field team.

Key duties will include:

  • Preparing territory and journey planning using CACI software
  • Communicating data to the business and clients using correct methods
  • Undertaking additional tasks and projects as required
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of CACI and applying it to create effective territory and journey plans

Requirements for the role include:

  • Experience in territory and journey planning (CACI software training will be provided)
  • Knowledge and/or experience of Field Sales and the Retail Industry
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Software
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders at all levels
  • A full clean driving licence
