We are seeking a highly motivated and quick-learning individual to join our team as a Production and Logistics Assistant. This role would suit someone who is physically fit to load and unload goods, pick goods, and use a computer.

The successful candidate will work under the Operations Manager and be trained in the following areas:

  • The processing and shipping of parts
  • Assisting the Logistics Operative with goods in, goods out, and stock control
  • Picking and packing and despatching of sales and service orders
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles and assignment of stock
  • Performing checks and inspections on tools, machinery, PPE, and other items
  • Reporting any shortages or delays or issues with goods
  • Conducting audits and stock takes
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
  • Adhering to Health and Safety

The ideal candidate will have experience of lifting goods, be able to use a computer for inputting information and looking things up, and have effective communication skills.
