Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Patient Journey Coordinator to join our team at 4Leisure Recruitment Ltd.

This is an exciting opportunity for a career-driven individual to assume responsibility for the daily operations of our Aesthetic clinic in the Thame area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Journey Optimisation: Develop and consistently implement strategies to enhance patient experience, ensuring seamless interactions throughout their journey.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalise on opportunities to upsell and increase conversions, ultimately driving revenue growth.
  • Team Management: Effectively manage teams against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
  • Clinic Commercial Targets: Collaborate with the management team to achieve commercial targets, including operational budgets, through efficient resource allocation and strategic planning.
  • Employee Development: Design and implement personal development plans to support team members' growth and progression, ensuring their continued success within the business.
  • Social Media Marketing: Contribute to the expansion of the business's online presence through social media marketing initiatives, highlighting the clinic's exceptional operational standards.

The ideal candidate will possess experience managing teams in an operational environment, achieving commercial targets, and maintaining exceptional operational standards. Backgrounds in aesthetic clinic management are highly desirable.

Salary: £32-35k per annum

Working Hours: 30-40 hours considered, with flexible working arrangements to accommodate various needs
