We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Library Manager to join our team at Thame Library. As a key member of our library team, you will assist the Group Library Manager in ensuring the library operates to the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Group Library Manager in managing the library's daily operations
- Provide excellent customer service to library users, volunteers, and staff
- Build and maintain relationships with the wider community and deliver events and activities for library users
- Perform administrative and clerical duties, including organizing library materials and information
About You
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and committed individual who enjoys working with people from all backgrounds in a demanding but exciting customer service role. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
