Health and Safety Manager Opportunity at Irwin and Colton Limited
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Health and Safety Manager to join a market-leading supplier in the construction industry.
As a Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for leading health and safety initiatives across 3 sites, working closely with senior management and site teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within construction or a similar industry, and hold a NEBOSH certificate and IOSH membership.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for health and safety, and a drive to progress in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Work with senior management to advise on and deliver improvements in health, safety, and wellbeing performance across sites
- Manage the Health and Safety Advisor to assist with auditing, inspecting, and reporting on health and safety performance
- Work closely with site teams to identify opportunities for health and safety improvement and share best practices across the organisation
- Assist with documenting and investigating incidents in the workplace
