**Job Description**:
**Role Purpose**

Our business is growing, and we are looking for an organised and motivated individual to join our Human Resources Team.

We are looking for a Talent Resource Coordinator to join our team on a 1-year fixed term contract. You will be based in our Edinburgh office.

As our Talent Resource Coordinator you work with an experienced HR and Finance team.

You will be responsible for our headcount and hiring tracking processes, providing essential accurate information about our current workforce, which Finance, Human Resources and Operations rely on to understand financial and operational impact and risks.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Provide full administrative support for tracking company resource plan ensuring all recruitment and employee headcount data including starters, leavers and changes is managed accurately and in a timely manner
- Your main focus will be running existing data processes, data gathering, manual and automated data entry, data collation and formatting to high standards.
- You will follow set procedures to complete regular data processes, fulfil ad-hoc and scheduled requests for hiring and headcount data on time and with high levels of accuracy.
- Provide regular data inputs for company reporting and dashboards delivered by other teams
- You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Finance, HR Operations team to ensure effective two-way communication and data extraction and sharing
- Support annual headcount planning, budget and reforecasting processes
- Monitor hiring against set budget for individual roles an escalate, as required
- Attend and contribute to team and project meetings
- Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement to processes
- Be proactive in personal development and
- You will perform adhoc additional administrative / data tasks such as formatting presentations
- Support HR Projects and initiatives as and when required

**Qualifications**:
**About You**
- Minimum of Bachelors degree, or equivalent, in related field such as Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration.
- Excellent organization skills and a strong customer focus are essential to succeed in this role along with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels within the organization.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
- Prior experience analysing and presenting datasets using data visualisation tools is an advantage but not a requirement
- Previous experience in data analyst or recruitment related would be beneficial but not essential as full training provided.
