Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent and Development Advisor to join our team at Iconic Resourcing. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in delivering our Talent and Development strategy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Analysis and Development: Analyze talent and development data to evaluate attendance, course completion rates, resource utilization, and the effectiveness of development interventions. Assess the impact and ensure value for money/return on investment.
  • Workflow Management: Manage the workflow of development requests and coordinate the delivery of day-to-day activities, projects, and cyclical activities.
  • Budget Management: Work with the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager to prepare and monitor the talent and development budget.
  • Internal Communications: Increase awareness of and engagement with the talent development offering through managing our online presence, internal communications, and development calendar.
  • Industry Best Practices: Keep updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in talent development to identify and propose implementing.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience within a Talent Development or L&D role.
  • Leadership Development: Specific experience in Leadership development and management training.
  • Coaching: Coaching experience.
  • Soft Skills: Passionate, driven, and ambitious. Confident in handling tough conversations. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
