Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Talent Development Consultant. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering our Talent Development strategy and making a significant impact on our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing talent and development data to evaluate attendance, course completion rates, resource utilization, and the effectiveness of development interventions, as well as assessing the impact and ensuring value for money/return on investment.
  • Managing the workflow of development requests and coordinating the delivery of day-to-day activities, projects, and cyclical activities.
  • Working with the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager to prepare and monitor the talent and development budget.
  • Increasing awareness of and engagement with the talent development offering through managing our online presence, internal communications, and development calendar.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in talent development to identify and propose implementing.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a Talent Development or Learning and Development role.
  • Specific experience in Leadership development and management training.
  • Coaching experience.
