As our Style & Gifting B2B Partnership Coordinator, you’ll drive our Style & Gifting brand pillars through key wholesale accounts, independent wholesale accounts, events and bulk gifting orders. You will work together with the wider sales & brand team to ensure a consistent brand experience and storytelling strategy across our key markets. In this role you’ll be responsible for all sale operations including account management, order processing, ERP & CRM management.

Responsibilities will include:
Account & Order Management
- Supporting the Home & Baby B2B partnership specialist with large order management, ensuring all processes are followed from order entry to delivery of orders.
- Supporting B2B customers with order placement and answering questions when needed.
- Being a Brand Guardian; sharing our brand story & vision, educating our partners to ensure guidelines are implemented to maximise commercial gains and respect the brand.
- Driving and delivering the B2B marketplace platform strategy with a focus on onboarding in line with the brand vision.

Managing & Utilising Data
- Using customer and sales data to segment the B2B customer base and find opportunities to drive sales and expand customer category opportunities.
- Delivering on sales targets, nurturing the account sales pipeline with a focus on in season selling and assisting on forward orders of our seasonal collections.

Sales Support
- Assist B2B Partnership Specialist with outreach and contact data acquisition with a focus on commercial interior designers and events.
- Researching new markets and customer opportunities to expand the reach of TBCo in the baby and homeware markets.
- Assisting in seasonal market preparation including new season sales assets, customer appointment management and tradeshow set-up etc.
- Previous experience working in a B2B sales role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A detail oriented work style
- The ability to think both strategically and creatively
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills with good knowledge of excel
- A passion for sustainability and fashion
- A drive to learn and develop

DETAILS
- Hours: 37.5 per week, flexible between 8am-6pm
- Location: Based at our Leith Studio, Edinburgh with remote working available up to 3 days per week.
- Salary: £ 24-30k per annum dependent on experience
- Contract: Temporary, fixed term 3 months (with possibility of extension)
