**The Role**:

- To provide client communications prior to installations/service (include any relevant documentation)
- To provide engineer administration (calendar invites/information documents)
- To coordinate customer communication to make them aware of the site going live and the processes involved.
- To liaise with the monitoring station that sites are commissioned and decommissioned correctly.
- Update data within the department - always ensure accuracy (software, spreadsheets & folders)
- To ensure a regular program of tower checks
- To provide administration and communication for the WCCTV Heartbeat system.
- To provide accurate stock Allocation & return within the system.
- Provide occasional weekend & Bank Holiday support on a rota basis.
