Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-quality data, administration, and project support to our HR team.
This role involves taking accurate minutes and action logs of meetings, managing HR recruitment for the organisation, and ensuring compliance with KCSIE at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document management, and communication with staff and managers.
- Manage HR recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
Requirements
- CIPD Level 3 HR Qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with a minimum of GCSE Grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of HR processes and employment procedures.
- Experience in team working and providing support to staff and managers.
Working Arrangements
The role is based in the Rochdale area and will involve office-based work with occasional site visits required. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £16.28 - £20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
