About The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our patient services team as a bilingual coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our clinical teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate patient bookings, clinic utilisation, and rota allocation. You will work closely with our logistics and clinical teams to ensure that our patients receive timely treatment and that our service runs efficiently.

You will also be responsible for developing your analytical skills to improve service data, clinic efficiency, and utilisation. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, we want to hear from you
