As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will have a direct impact on our business growth by developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing employee records, and overseeing operational HR and payroll administration.
In addition, you will be responsible for refining our recruitment practices to ensure they meet the highest standards, improving collaboration with HR leadership, and driving innovative solutions to enhance our organisational performance.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can contribute their expertise and enthusiasm to help us achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

- Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, located at Esplanade Office, Rochdale
- Annual Leave: 27 days plus bank holidays
