Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at the NHS. This role will provide administrative and HR support for our small management team and growing team of clinicians.
Main Responsibilities- Act as the liaison between the NHS and additional workforce staff, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions around payroll/leave/contract.
- Assist with general day-to-day support of the organisation and HR functions.
- Support and work closely with senior managers, Primary Care Networks business managers, and member practices to ensure the smooth running of the NHS's HR function.
- Provide high-quality coordination support across a range of services and projects delivered by the NHS.
- Manage Bright HR software.
The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements- At least one year's experience of administrative/HR duties.
- Experience in a personnel or recruitment environment and dealing competently with a range of employee enquiries.
- Can translate policy guidance into practical action.
- Ability to source and analyse HR information, providing managers with appropriate data and suggestions for improvement.
- Good IT Skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet.
- A working knowledge of HR policies and procedures and of basic employment legislation.
