This position offers a dynamic office environment where you will play a crucial role in customer communication and assist with troubleshooting equipment faults. If you are self-motivated, highly organised, and have a positive “can-do” attitude, we encourage you to apply.
**The **Customer Support Administrator** Overview**:
- To take incoming calls and provide customers with technical support over the phone on a same day basis whilst logging this onto the WCCTV Support log.
- To assist with troubleshooting WCCTV Equipment faults, ensuring customers are communicated to throughout the query progress/resolution.
- Administration of the returns process, including internal communication with the Production Team and external communication of progress to the customer.
- Provide remote training to customers
