We are currently working with a client based in Rochdale who provide household cleaning solutions. They have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm with some flexibility.

**Key Duties**:
**Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be responsible for the following duties**:

- Be the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints
- Providing explanations of products to customers, including features, usage instructions, to ensure they have a thorough understanding and can make informed purchasing decisions
- Keeping a record of all tracking information
- Processing refunds/sending out replacement products
- General administrative duties

**Profile**:

- Must have strong communication skills
- Need to have experience within a customer service role
- Strong IT skills
- Beneficial to have experience with CRM systems
