**Service Team Administrator - Rochdale - £25,500**

An exciting opportunity to join a market-leading security and surveillance business, who put employee development and progression at the forefront.

As a Service Team Administrator you will be responsible for supporting clients, monitoring stations and liaising with the engineering team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and uploading daily service reports
- Investigating incidents and giving feedback to clients
- Providing assistance to the field engineering team
- Logging service requirements onto the CRM

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Strong computer skills
- Outstanding customer service
- Ability to work in a busy, dynamic office environment

**Salary**: £25,500.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
