We are looking for a **full-time Quality & Compliance Auditor (Care Administrator) **who is passionate about providing the highest-quality of care to join our growing team in Wigan.

As a QCA you will be joining a skilled and passionate team, who put our clients at the heart of everything they do. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the day to day administrative operations of the business
- Keeping paper and online filing systems tidy and up to date
- Always producing professional, high quality work
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner
- Attending local and company-wide meetings
- Leading by example and supporting the care team
- Assisting the leadership team to implement the formal business objectives developed in liaison with the Director.
Key tasks include:
- Day to day company compliance duties
- Quality control and auditing of paperwork
- Dealing with client and Care Specialists enquiries
- General administration (photocopying, printing, filing etc)
- Supporting and assisting the care team
- Participating in on-call duties
- Delivering care in the community when required
- Representing Bridgewater Home Care in the public arena
- Meeting all company and regulatory requirements
