We have a fantastic opportunity available for a **Retail Content Administrator** to join our Marketing team in **Hindley Green, Wigan **on a full-time, permanent basis. As our Retail Content Administrator you will be responsible for supporting with administration relating to our product ranges and retailers.

**As our Retail Content Administrator your Key Responsibilities will include;**
- Provide support to ensure all retailer websites are up to date with the latest written and visual content.
- Assist in completing retailer New Line Forms.
- Work with the Brand and Content Team to ensure our Product Information Management (PIM) system is continually updated with copy and content for all branded products.
- Work closely with the Account Managers and Executives in the Sales Team to create and update retailer listings.

**Our ideal Retail Content Administrator will have the following skills / experience;**
- At least 2 years-experience in a Sales/Marketing Assistant or Administration role
- High comprehension of software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Excellent administration skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Well organised and able to manage an ever-changing priority list
- Incredible attention to detail
- Completer-finisher approach to work. Commitment to see tasks through to a successful conclusion within a set timeframe
- A great team player

The Retail Content Administrator role sits within the Marketing Department which is made up of the Creative Team (responsible for all artwork, graphics, photography and video content); Brand Team (responsible for all marketing activity related to our licensed and proprietary brands) and Content Team (responsible for providing our retail partners with all the information they need to ensure our products are set up consistently and correctly).
