**Warehouse Administrator**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team based at our Wigan site.

Purpose of the role
- The purpose of this role is to provide administration support to the site’s departments and to liaise with the customers regarding any enquiries.

**Main duties and responsibilities**

**What you do**:

- The completion of general administrative duties, including filing.
- Carrying out Red Prairie transactions.
- Ensuring records for key performance indicators (KPIs) are maintained and updated on a daily and weekly basis.
- Supporting the management team by providing accurate information.
- Communicating with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- The use of Microsoft Office programs.

**Person specification**

**Must have**:

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing).
- A good level of numeracy.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Red Prairie.
- Able to perform under pressure.
- Able to use initiative and organise own workload.
- Creative approach to problem solving and able to think ’outside the box.’
- A flexible approach to work and able to work with changing demands (including shift patterns).

**Shift pattern**:

- Any 5 over 7 days between 06:00-22:00hrs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.70-£17.55 per hour
